- Fees generally non-refundable
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You may NOT:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Hack or reverse engineer
- Circumvent usage limits
- Upload harmful content
- Misrepresent AI output as legal advice
7. Intellectual Property
- App and system owned by Wkeel AI
- You retain ownership of your content
- You may use AI-generated outputs

9. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability limited to amount paid in previous 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
