Your ability to start another task depends on the usage available to your account. A plan name on its own does not explain every limit, and a missing balance should not be treated as a confirmed zero.

Read the current account information

Check the credits or usage area while signed in. Look at the amount available, any active restriction and the reset information shown. Usage limits apply to weekly and five-hour windows. A weekly balance remaining does not mean the five-hour window is still available. Use the current display rather than a number remembered from an earlier visit.

Understand the message before retrying

A limit message and a connection problem require different responses. If a limit has been reached, read which allowance or window is affected and when it becomes available again. If the balance cannot be loaded, use the available retry or wait for account information to refresh. Repeatedly submitting a task is not a reliable way to resolve either problem.

Check offers before adding usage

Plans and any available credit purchases have their own current terms. Read the displayed amount, price, applicable account and purchase-platform information before continuing. Do not assume an extra purchase removes every other limit or that different tasks all use the same amount. If a purchase does not appear as expected, check its status and the account used before purchasing again.

What to take with you

  • Read balance and active limits together.
  • A loading failure does not mean zero credits.
  • Verify purchase status before paying again.
