Wkeel can be used on the web and mobile, but subscription management depends on where the subscription was purchased. Begin with the subscription information in your account instead of assuming every platform can manage every purchase.
Identify the account and purchase source
Confirm that you are signed in to the Wkeel account associated with the subscription. Read the plan status, any renewal or end date, and the purchasing platform shown. Account access and store purchase history are different records; switching devices does not by itself change who manages the subscription.
Follow the appropriate management route
A subscription purchased through an app store should be managed through the corresponding Apple or Google subscription account. For a web purchase, use the management route provided for that purchase. Follow the destination shown by Wkeel when it identifies another owning platform. Do not start a second subscription just because the same change is unavailable on the device you are currently using.
Review the effect before confirming
Before changing or cancelling a plan, read the current price, billing interval and effective date displayed by the purchase provider. Check the resulting confirmation and the subscription status in Wkeel. A pending or failed payment is not the same as a completed purchase. If the records disagree, keep the receipt details and seek help with the affected purchase rather than repeatedly paying or changing accounts.
