Work in Wkeel can include a conversation, an uploaded document and a generated draft. These are related, but they are not the same item. Start by identifying which one you want to return to.

Look for the conversation

Sign in with the account used for the original work. Check conversation history when you need the questions, answers and context of the discussion. Use a recognizable title or relevant search words where search is available. If nothing appears, check whether a filter is active before concluding that the conversation has disappeared.

Distinguish an upload from a draft

The documents area concerns files you uploaded. A generated draft is an output created during the conversation and may be opened through the associated conversation or draft library. When several versions exist, check the title and version you intend to use before editing or downloading. Changing a generated draft does not mean the original uploaded file has been changed.

Recover carefully

If a list is still loading or reports an error, allow it to finish or use the available retry action. An empty search result does not prove the account contains no work. Confirm the account, search terms and item type first. Guest work and saved account work have different boundaries, so verify that important work appears in your account before relying on access from another device. Read deletion confirmations carefully and keep any downloaded copies you need.

What to take with you

  • History, uploaded files and drafts are different.
  • Check the account and active filters.
  • Confirm the intended version before using a draft.
