Prepare a document for a useful review

Choose the right version, collect the missing context, and decide what you want to understand.

Start with the version you are working from

Keep the original unchanged and use a readable copy. Check that all pages, attachments, and referenced schedules are present. If you have several versions, identify the one you want to discuss.

Before uploading, check the current privacy information and share only information needed for the question. Avoid adding unrelated personal details.

Add the context the document cannot explain

State the country relevant to the matter, your role, and what has already happened. Choosing an interface language does not choose a jurisdiction.

Separate dates written in the document from dates someone told you. If a detail is uncertain, say so instead of filling the gap with a guess.

Ask for one useful outcome

Start with the specific part you want to understand: a clause, a payment term, a notice, or a comparison between two versions. Ask which parts of the document support the explanation and what information is still missing.

Read the answer alongside the original. Sign in to upload files in Wkeel; available workflows and limits depend on your country and plan.

A question you can adapt

I am reviewing this agreement in [country]. I am the [role]. Please explain clause [number] in plain language, distinguish what it says from what remains uncertain, and list the details I should clarify.
